Running Accomplishments:

Former competitive runner trying to bet back into the swing of things after a 13+ year lay off. Began running again in 2005.

PRs: 5K - 14:40, 10K - 31:26, Half Marathon - 1:12, Marathon 2:31.

Personal:

Never thought I'd return to running after that long layoff but moving to Colorado and seeing the tons of runners out I just had to at least get back into it. I love running and more importantly the running community and the many places running takes me. It's all about the enjoyment now.
